With critical acclaim as the freshwater sailing capital of the world, and state-of-the-art sport facilities including nine multipurpose sport facilities, and over 100 different sport venues - from soccer fields to hockey rinks -Kingston has every sport season covered. Most facilities are located within a short walk or drive of many accommodation and dining establishments.

The K-Rock Centre is located in the heart of Kingston's historic downtown and is the largest indoor entertainment venue in largest spectator facility between Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. The K-Rock Centre hosts a variety of events including world-class concert acts and stage productions, Junior hockey, trade shows, job fairs, conferences and community events.

Invista Centre

Built for the 1996 Olympics, Portsmouth Olympic Harbour continues to host several Canadian Olympic Training Regattas (CORK) every year and other community events. The facility features 300 slip finger docks that can accommodate both power and sail boats to a maximum length of 100 feet.

Queen's University Athletics & RecreationCentre (ARC) The ARC is a state-of-the-art fitness facility within the Queen's Centre, with a wide variety of programs and activities. Opened in 2009 the Queens ARC features an main gymnasium, upper gymnasium with space for 3 recreational basketball courts, large cardio and fitness centre, dance studios, combat rooms, an indoor 25m pool as well as squash courts.
