Tourism Kingston Partner Program

The development of the Tourism Kingston Partnership Program is an effort to enhance the customer service aspect from the Tourism Kingston staff to its partnership base.  The Tourism Kingston Partnership Program offers marketing and networking opportunities including a dedicated sales team to represent partners at trade shows, sales blitzes and through our Visitor Information Centres; resources and information regarding industry news and events; and, a comprehensive tourism website. As a DMO, we pride ourselves in working for our industry partners.

Our mission is to service and support our partners to enable them to better serve and care for our visitors.  We aim to build relationships with our Partners and continuously work at strengthening and maintaining those relationships.  In working together with our partners, we are able to achieve our objectives of increasing the number of visitors to Kingston and improving our visitor's experience while they are here.

Our 2009 - 2010 Strategies

• Provide partners with marketing opportunities and packages appropriate to various budgets and needs
• Drive visitor inquiries to our website where partners can profile their businesses and highlight upcoming events on our calendar
• Represent our partners at sales blitzes, trade shows, and at our Visitor Information Centre
• Showcase our partners through familiarization tours
• Work together with our partners in obtaining statistics and research to increase the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns
• Develop healthy communication with our partners to better understand their operation and how we can support and retain them
• Offering networking opportunities for our partners throughout the year
• To grow the network of partners in the Tourism Kingston Partnership Program
• Implement new programs which will enhance the partnership and provide partners with the tools and opportunities to better serve our visitors
